Traditional Overnight Camp
Our week-long Overnight Camp is our hallmark program that allows children to experience adventures in a safe, caring camp environment. Campers will stay from Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon. Through a variety of activities, campers will have the opportunity to make new friends, create memories, and experience Christ. Children live in a cabin with up to 7 other children their own age. They learn to live, eat, work, and play together in a positive Christian setting. A well-qualified staff member lives with the children throughout their stay. Our goal is for the boys and girls to leave camp having had fun, but more importantly, to leave feeling good about themselves, their accomplishments, and the friends they made during the week.
Check-In Time
Families will get an email with check-in information the week before your session begins. All check-in times are between 3-5 pm on Sunday.
Check-Out Time
Friday from 1 pm to 2:15 pm. If you need to pick up or drop off campers at another time, please call the camp office at 336-629-4085 to discuss your options.

Early Bird Discount: December 13th- February 14th: $575
After February 14th: $610

Middle Overnight: Rising 5th Grade to Rising 9th Grade
High School Overnight: Rising 9th Grade and Up
Financial Assistance
As a part of our mission, Mount Shepherd is committed to making camp possible for ALL children, regardless of financial resources. We encourage camp families to reach out to their local church to request financial support. Scholarships are also available.
