Program Intern - Summer 2026
Looking for an internship in the camp world? This year-round internship will equip you with the experiences and skills you need to launch a career in camp ministry. It's more than a resume-builder--the responsibilities and development you gain from an internship at Mount Shepherd will elevate your ministry! This internship also includes the opportunity to participate in several continuing education events through the American Camp Association and the Christian Camp and Conference Association.
Pay: $1350/month. Housing available. Some meals provided.
Weekend Staff - Part Time
On nearly every weekend, Mount Shepherd hosts a group or groups through retreat ministry. We are always looking to hire staff who can help us facilitate amazing experiences. Every weekend is a different adventure. Sometimes it means serving behind the scenes, and other times it means leading adventures. This is a job unlike any other. Of course, you're paid for your work. But the real outcome is the hands on job experience.

Kitchen Staff - Part Time
Do you have a passion for hospitality? Do you want to be a direct part of a ministry that's making a difference in the world? We are looking to hire a part-time kitchen assistant. Year-round, this person works on weekends with the Kitchen Manager at Mount Shepherd to provide excellent food and service.
