Service Opportunities at MSRC

There are many different service opportunities that you can become involved with here at Mount Shepherd Retreat Center. This is an excellent opportunity for Scouts to work for their Eagle Badge or Gold Award, or for organized youth groups to contribute to the larger community through service. If you or your group would like to become involved in this ministry of service, please contact our camp director, Kent Shrader, through our contact page.

Current needs include:

• Build a fence
• Build a gate
• Build and Install Wood Duck Houses
• Re-Build a fence
• Refurbish a platform

Recent projects have included: bridges, benches around a fire ring, pier at the pond, cabin decks, high ropes course platforms and steps, picnic tables, and trash receptacles.
